TAKE A STEP BACK TO A SIMPLER TIME


The Hesston Steam Museum is like a trip back in time when steam power was king.  A living history museum were real working steam locomotives take you on a relaxing journey over a scenic two and a half mile railroad, through deep woods, past lakes and farm fields.

 

Or take a ride on a smaller railroad. Our two miniature steam-powered railroads meander over bridges and through an enchanting wooded landscape.

• Steam traction engines

• And much, much more.

 

We have a gift shop with a wide variety of railroad and other steam theme. Food is available at the museum but feel free to bring in picnics and enjoy the wooded grounds with your whole family.
