Trains start running at 12:00pm (noon) until 5:00pm CDT

Kiddieland's Steam Train delighted kids of all ages for 50 years at Chicagoland's last remaining amusement park.  It's not too late to ride the Kiddieland Steam Train!

This Locomotive will be making it's Hesston Steam Museum 2010 debut over the Memorial Day Weekend, Catch a ride on a real steam train fresh from a its recent restoration.

TAKE A STEP BACK TO A SIMPLER TIME
The Hesston Steam Museum is like a trip back in time when steam power was king.  A living history museum were real working steam locomotives take you on a relaxing journey over a scenic two and a half mile railroad, through deep woods, past lakes and farm fields.
Or take a ride on a smaller railroad. Our two miniature steam-powered railroads meander over bridges and through an enchanting wooded landscape. Also scheduled to run Memorial Day Weekend:   • Our steam-powered saw mill • 92 ton railroad steam crane • Electric power plant • Steam traction engines • And much, much more.

We have a gift shop with a wide variety of railroad and other steam theme. Food is available at the museum but feel free to bring in picnics and enjoy the wooded grounds with your whole family.
